How To Get Support

Each comes with 6 months of support for your Theme. Once the 6 months support is up, you have the opportunity to extend support coverage up to 6 or 12 months further.

Many fundamental and technical questions are answered in this documentation, so please refer to our Documentation first. Please read it carefully and follow the steps from the top to the bottom. You will find detailed instructions to set up elements in the theme.


Item support includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions

  • Answering technical questions about item’s features

  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues

However, item support does not include:

  • Item customization & Installation.

  • Setting up your store.

  • Support for third-party customs/software/shopify app.

  • Teaching you HTML & CSS etc.

We kindly remind you that leaving a 1-star rating or negative comments to pressure us into addressing issues outside the scope of support defined by Themeforest’s policies is against Envato's regulations.

In such cases, we may temporarily suspend our support services for your account and escalate the matter to Themeforest for further review. Please be aware that violating Envato's terms may result in the suspension of your license. Additionally, refund requests will not be accepted under these circumstances.


Please open a support ticket via the item's Support tab.

All of your emails will be reviewed and checked manually carefully. However, based on the number of support tickets and the nature of the request itself

  • Support Time: Monday – Friday

  • Response Time: 24 Hours – 48 Hours

  • Timezone: Our Timezone is GMT+7

We always respond to support tickets promptly. If you submit a ticket over the weekend, please be patient, as we will assist you with the highest priority early next week. Thank you for being so understanding.
